IT Programme Direction and Management (Interim)


We provide Interim Managers for IT Programme / Project Direction & Management for most IT areas, and tailor our services to meet our Client’s particular needs.  We can provide support on a full-time or part-time basis and can mobilise a specialist team of Associates and Client staff as appropriate.


Our services are independent and objective, delivering results quickly and economically.  We use modern technology to overcome the geographic challenges of the modern work place, and frequently deal with resources from all over the globe.


We can take on direct executive control of programmes and projects or can provide a Quality Assurance role to support Programme Management Boards (PMBs).  In either case, we support IT and Business units.


Our Interim Programme Management services are cost-effective in the current economic climate because our overheads are low and services can be modified easily, turning the services on / off as required.


In addition to the basic management and direction of programmes we provide mentoring to junior Staff throughout our period of support.  This builds long term benefits for our clients and optimises their investment.


We use the best of the modern Project Management practices from Prince2, PMI and APM, and tailor them to meet particular needs.
